Can I use Trittico and Brintellix to take ginkgo biloba medications?

Is it possible to use Ginkgo biloba taking Brintellix 10mg in the morning and Trittico 25mg in the evening? I need something that will give me some energy, improve my intellectual performance, but I do not know if I can use such preparations. Alternatively, I was thinking of Muira Puama or Ashwaganda. Are any of these supplements safe? Or maybe choose something else?

Ginkgo biloba leaves have proven effectiveness in relieving the symptoms of mild cognitive impairment in people over 50 years of age. Ginkgo extracts that are part of over-the-counter medicines are not included in the relevant information with the medicines you use (Trittico, Brintellix). In my opinion, it is worth trying the use of this raw material due to the good safety profile and well-established use in traditional medicine. In pharmacies, it is available in the form of over-the-counter drugs: Bilobil: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/10881/bilobil-forte-kapsulki/apteki Ginkofar: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/32964/ginkofar-tabletki-powlekane/apteki Tanakan: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/77320/tanakan-tabletki-powlekane/apteki There are also dietary supplements with ginkgo biloba extract on the market. Due to the fact that in the case of herbal raw materials it is important to standardize them, i.e. confirm the quality and quantity of active ingredients, I believe that it is worth choosing preparations with over-the-counter drug status instead of dietary supplements.
