According to this information, it is impossible to guarantee that the drug will remain active for 2 months. It should be noted, however, that the Pregnyl Summary of Product Characteristics also states that the solution should be administered immediately after mixing the powder with the solvent. The patient should be informed about the details of the dosage of the drug by the doctor conducting the therapy. Perhaps his experience shows that the drug used in a way other than that recommended by the manufacturer remains effective. In case of doubt, I recommend that you consult your doctor again. Finally, I would like to add that a replacement for pregnyl - Eutrig-HP - has appeared on the market. However, according to the Summary of Product Characteristics, the Eutrig-HP solution should be used immediately after reconstitution, i.e. the combination of the powder and the solvent.
