Can I reduce the frequency of nimesil if I feel nauseous after it?

If you have nausea after using Nimesil (after about 10 hours of application), can you take 1x a day instead of 2x a day? This morning one and tomorrow morning one?

If nausea is observed after using Nimesil, a decrease in the frequency of use and at the same time the daily dose may help reduce the existing ailments. However, it should be remembered that this will automatically be associated with a reduction in the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Feeling sick are common side effects that are seen with Nimesil. However, according to the data contained in the available sources, nausea and other symptoms such as anorexia, vomiting, fatigue or dark urine may indicate liver dysfunction. Tests that can indicate whether the condition of this organ is normal are laboratory tests from the blood, including the concentration of AST, ALT, bilirubin or GGTP. In a situation where taking one dose of the drug a day is insufficient to relieve pain, and studies describing the condition of the liver would indicate normal results, you can try to use other drugs from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or paracetamol.
