If you have no doubt that you are taking the medicine correctly, starting the next blister despite the lack of bleeding is acceptable. In case of doubt or if the drug has not been used in accordance with the guidelines, it is advisable to take a pregnancy test. The drug Gyno-Femidazol should not affect the absence of withdrawal bleeding, since after topical administration the absorption of miconazole nitrate (active ingredient) through the mucous membranes is clinically insignificant.
