Is it possible to use Saxenda every other day?

Saxenda, I started to use, but somehow I am very weak, sleepy and I have nausea. Is it possible to use saxende every other day to compensate for the above symptoms???

The manufacturer of Saxenda in the Summary of Product Characteristics does not provide for a modification of the dosage method by administering the drug every other day. A dose adjustment that is not in line with the official recommendations for administering Saxenda to a particular patient can only be decided by a doctor who recommends therapy based on his or her own knowledge and experience.
