Is it possible to use Octenisept for skin lesions with bostonka?

A one-year-old child has the so-called Boston disease. The doctor prescribed only a spray on the throat. Can you somehow lubricate the skin lesions in the intimate ok and on the feet? Is octenisept a good idea? Should you lubricate only when the blisters burst?
