Blood in the urine (hematuria) may indicate a malfunction of the urinary system and requires urgent contact with a doctor. Such a side effect is unlikely to result in vaccination for COVID-19 - no such effect has been observed in studies. However, not all side effects of drugs are known and described - if you associate taking the vaccine with the appearance of blood in the urine, then I encourage you to report it to your doctor. Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future.
