The main component of Avilin Gastro is polyvinylbutyl ether. Very thick, viscous, transparent liquid easily soluble in ethyl ether. The preparation is not toxic. Maintaining a few hours break between the use of the above drugs is a good idea. I encourage you to keep min. 2-3 hours break between Polocard and Avilin Gastro. In the current medical literature I do not find information about any harmful to health or the effects of drugs interaction with Shostakovsky lotion (the active substance of Avilin Gastro). However, due to the fact that Shostakovsky's balm has a high viscosity and is great at holding on the mucous membranes, it can affect the process of absorption of other substances from the gastrointestinal tract. The manufacturer recommends taking a tablespoon of Avilin Gastro (15 ml) - once a day in the evening, 5 hours after the last meal. I enclose additional information about the preparation you are asking about: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/8289/avilin-balsam-gastro-plyn/apteki
