What to do in case of ineffective treatment of back pain?

Hello, I have been diagnosed with discopathy and cervical and lower back section. My spine started to hurt in the lower section, tired and painful once I took injections and now also the doctor wrote me olfen 70mg + 20 and dexaven but it still hurts. What to do?

I recommend consulting the attending physician in order to choose the right therapy and dosages - they depend on many factors. It is definitely worth going to a physiotherapist. Rehabilitation, appropriate exercises and pharmacotherapy give the best results.
