Can I take biofenac and opokan forte together (this is what the doctor recommended) even though both belong to nsaids?

If an appropriate time interval of at least 3-4 hours is maintained between the drugs, as a rule, both drugs can be combined. In what scheme did the doctor recommend you to dose both preparations? Please also remember not to take medication on an empty stomach but always after a meal.
