Fungotac drops belong to the group of antifungal drugs because they contain clotrimazole as the active substance. In addition to its fungicidal effect, clotrimazole also acts on Gram-positive microorganisms (of the genus Streptococcus/ Staphylococcus/ Gardnerella vaginalis), and Gram-negative (of the genus Bacteroides), as well as the genus Corynebacteria and Gram-positive granulomas, with the exception of enterococci.
