To @Ewka: Since there was no vomiting or diarrhea - they do not affect.
Well. And abdominal pain and nausea after drinking alcohol (but not vomiting) also does not affect the effectiveness?

To @Ewka: Yes, already with the first active tablet from the new blister, protection was restored. You are protected and there is no need to worry. The delay in the case of the Friday tablet did not last more than 12 hours from the time when you usually take the drug (only 3-4 hours have passed). Alcohol also does not affect the effectiveness of therapy. Since more than 7 days have passed since taking the last high dose of paracetamol - here, too, there is no reason to suspect a weakening of contraceptive protection.
So already at the reception of the first active tablet from the new blister, protection was restored? And I have a second question. On Friday I took the seventh active tablet while I took it around 1:30 at night and usually takes the tablets 21:30/22:30. At 1 a.m., I finished drinking alcohol. Today (Sunday) I will be taking 9 active tablets. Am I currently protected from pregnancy given this previous situation with exceeding the dose of paracetamol and Friday's situation with delay and alcohol. I will add that I did not vomit after drinking alcohol.

To @Ewka: Protection will be restored after 7 days - that is, with the first active tablet from the new package you will already be fully protected.
And if I exceeded the recommended dose of paracetamol on the day of taking the last active tablet, will protection be restored after 7 days of using placebo tablets or only after 7 days of taking active tablets from a new blister?

To @Ewka: Yes, 7 days is enough.
Well. So I do not have to use additional protection until the end of the blister, but it is enough for 7 days?

If a drug interaction occurs, an additional tablet is not used, since the drug persists in the body and may interfere with the action of the next tablet. In this case, not only could the contraceptive effectiveness still be weakened, but the risk of side effects also increases.
And in the case of a decrease in effectiveness by exceeding the dose of paracetamol, you do not need to take an additional tablet on the day of exceeding the dose? I ask because when skipping or vomiting / diarrhea that occurs up to 3/4 h after taking it is required to "make up" the dose.

For @Ewka: It is recommended to use additional security for another 7 days after the incident.
Yes I exceeded twice 3g of paracetamol. For how many days after exceeding should I apply additional security?

Did you significantly exceed the amount of paracetamol (e.g. in the form of Apap, Paracetamol Biofarm), i.e. you took doses greater than 3 g per day (6 tablets of 500 mg)? If so, you can use an additional method of contraception in the form of a condom for the next few days - then, in addition to protection, you will have psychological comfort that large doses of analgesic substance will not interfere with the effectiveness of contraception.
