Can I take Zaax instead of Acard, because I have congestion of the gastric mucosa as I take Acard? And the effect of both drugs is the same on blood clotting.

Zaax and Acard are not equivalents and should not be used interchangeably without consulting your doctor if you have had Acard ordered in connection with some circulatory events, e.g. a heart attack. Zaax is not a drug - it is a dietary supplement, so in other words - a supplement to food and can not be attributed medicinal properties. Zaax also warns you that you should not stop the anti-aggregation therapy prescribed by your doctor yourself - it is up to your doctor alone to decide. Acard is a drug (medicinal product) with proven prophylactic and curative effects, having specific indications for use. It has the form of an enteric tablet, which to some extent protects the stomach, unfortunately, irritating effects of acetylsalicylic acid (the active ingredient of the drug Acard) are still possible. If the preparation does not serve you, or if you have found any abnormalities in the examination of the stomach, then you need to talk about it with the doctor who recommended Acard. Depending on your state of health, he will recommend another drug or agree to only supplementation. However, as I mentioned, it will not be safe to make such a decision on your own.
