Am I protected from pregnancy if I did not take a break between Nuvaring packages, and I put on a poorly stored disc, and after 4 days I changed it to a new disc?
On July 8, I put on a new Nuvaring disc without taking a 7-day break, on Tuesday, July 12, I learned that a pack of discs lay for 3 hours in the car at a temperature above 30 * C, so I immediately completed a new prescription and replaced the disc with a new one. Did I do the right thing? Am I protected from pregnancy?

If you have not taken a break between nuvaring applications, you are protected against pregnancy. It should be assumed that the improperly stored disc did not show full contraceptive efficacy. Please treat it as if on 8-12.07 you did not have the disc on at all. So that there was no ambiguity, on July 8 I put on the disc from this package that lay for 3 hours in the car, on July 12 I replaced it with newly bought, stored properly.
