Hi, for a week he gives himself saxende in a dose of 0.6 and in the pen it seems to me that there is no decrease at all drug. Is this normal? is it such a small dose that it is imperceptible?

One prefilled pen contains 3 ml of solution with 18 mg of liraglutide (the active substance). If you give the drug every day for 7 days at a dose of 0.6 mg, then every day should decrease 0.1 ml, i.e. within a week the pen content should decrease by 0.7 ml (+small amounts to fill the needle or check its patency). Looking at the construction of the pen, after 7 days there may already be a visible loss of the drug, but it is difficult to say without a photo how it is in your case. When evaluating between one day and the other - a difference of 0.1 ml may actually be imperceptible. If you administer the drug according to the instructions and change the needle in the pen regularly - there should be no reason to worry. If you do not change the needle regularly, I remind you to do so and leave a link to sample needles that can be ordered using GdziePoLek online with home delivery or collection at the pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/48855/igly-do-penow-bd-micro-fine-plus-igla/apteki#internetowe
