Dizziness when using the drug Atrodil - what to do?

I have been prescribed atrodil 20ug, after just one use I had dizziness and scotoma in my eyes, I was afraid to use it again. Unfortunately, I have a wheezing and dry cough and I have to use inhalation - should I start taking atrodil regularly and wait until the body gets used to the drug or can I return to the drug fostex 100+ 6, which I took for several years without any problems?

Dizziness is one of the most commonly reported adverse reactions to Atrodil. The doctor, modifying the treatment, was certainly guided by your current state of health, so without consulting a doctor, please do not return to the previously used therapy. The occurrence of dizziness and scotoma in front of the eyes is not a basis for abrupt discontinuation of treatment, however, if this type of side effects occur, special care should be taken when using it. I recommend that you follow your doctor's instructions, and if subsequent applications are accompanied by side effects, please consult your doctor.
