After what time does Lenzetto start to work?

6 weeks after excision of the uterus and ovaries, I started taking Lenzetto. AFTER 14 doses of the drug, I still have hot flashes and sweats. after what time the drug begins to act

Lenzetto belongs to hormone replacement therapy drugs. We apply it once a day only on dry and undamaged skin of the forearm Increased dose is made by the doctor after at least 4 weeks of treatment. A maximum of 3 doses of the drug can be used. If you think that the effect of the drug at the dose is too weak, you should ask your doctor to modify your treatment. Some patients begin to notice improvement after a dozen or so days or a few weeks, the maximum effect appears after about 3 months.
