Alpicort E (skin lotion) contains in its composition as active substances prednisolone, estradiol benzoate and salicylic acid. It is intended for use in adults from 18 years of age in the course of various forms of alopecia, especially in androgen-dependent alopecia. It should not be used in the area of mucous membranes, in the mouth, to or around the eyes, in the genital area and internally. Lumigan are eye drops that in their composition contain bimatoprost, used to treat elevated intraocular pressure in chronic open-angle glaucoma and intraocular hypertension in adults. Some drugs have their use "off label" - outside the registered indications, bimatoprost as a side effect causes excessive hair growth, perhaps the doctor in the treatment of baldness prescribed this drug for this purpose. To make sure, it is necessary to consult a doctor ordering treatment. I recommend an article on such use of drugs: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/leczenie-off-label-poza-wskazaniami

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks of use, I noticed even greater hair loss not earlier.
