Good morning, The standard dosage of ACC optima is 600mg per day - that is, one tablet per day. The drug is best used in the morning / during the day. Do not take ACC before bedtime. I cannot say what treatment strategy the doctor has adopted and I would not like to fall within his competence. I suggest you consult your doctor directly and clarify your doubts personally.
