Octeangin is only available with a prescription. It fights viruses, bacteria and fungi that cause inflammation of the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat. Neoangin has a similar profile of action also has a disinfecting effect, in addition, it also contains slightly local anesthetic and giving a feeling of cooling of mucous membranes levomenthol. Both preparations will disinfect, and thus also dry the throat. The use of two preparations with a similar composition seems unnecessary here. A better idea will be to take an inflammatory and analgesic preparation, e.g. strepsils intensive (of course, if you do not have allergies and no other contraindications). Alternatively, analgesic preparations for gargling (e.g. Glimbax) can be used. I greet and wish you health :)
