Polprazole is a drug that should be used 1 time per day on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning about 30-60 minutes before breakfast. Prokit, on the other hand, is usually used before the main meals. Theoretically, you should use the first dose of Prokit in the morning, but due to the fact that the drug accelerates the work of the digestive tract, its intake together with Polprazole may worsen the effect of polprazole. You can therefore take Polprazole 40 mg in the morning, half an hour before breakfast, and Prokit before the second breakfast, lunch and dinner.
