It is not recommended to combine the drugs DicloDuo and Ibuprom. Ibuprom contains as the active substance ibuprofen, which, like diclofenac (the active ingredient in DicloDuo), belongs to the group of Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs). It is inadvisable to combine NSAIDs with each other due to the increased risk of side effects, and at the same time does not increase the therapeutic effect on the patient. The most common side effects include: irritation and even bleeding of the gastrointestinal mucosa, especially if the patient suffers from gastric or duodenal ulcer, changes in the skin, impaired liver and kidney function, decreased heart function, decreased blood clotting. According to current medical literature, taking up to two different NSAIDs increases the risk of kidney or liver damage by as much as seven times. If the painkiller used did not bring the expected pain relief, I encourage you to make an appointment with the attending physician, who will adjust the treatment according to your current clinical condition. If you are unable to get to your doctor, the gdziepolek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with your doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I attach additional information that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-przeciwbolowe-stosowac https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba
