How to relieve a headache after Venlectina?

Constant headaches after Venlectine (37.5 mg). Paracetamol 1000 mg (with codeine 30 mg) does not help, and pain significantly hinders functioning. Ibuprofen and ketoprofen, as I have already learned here, can not be mixed with the above drug. So what are the alternatives to relieve pain? I would like to add that there was also a subfebrile state - 37.3 degrees (perhaps it is a matter of heat). I will be obliged for your reply!

Thank you for sharing your case. However, it is difficult to assess what is the cause of your ailments on the basis of such a short description. It is all the more difficult to propose a specific method of treatment. I encourage you to make an appointment with your attending physician, who will adjust the treatment according to your current clinical condition. The safety data sheet for this medicine states that the most commonly reported side effects of this medicine (in more than 1 patient in 10) are m.in nausea and headache. These symptoms are usually mild or moderate and resolve spontaneously within about 2 weeks of starting treatment. There have also been very rare cases of such symptoms in patients who accidentally missed a dose. I encourage you to report an adverse reaction if you have not already done so: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
