Sachol is a gel containing two active substances: Cholini salicylas (choline salicylate) + Cetalkonii chloridum (cetalconium chloride) in concentrations of 87.1 mg + 0.1 mg per gram. In Switzerland, a product such as Mundisal gel with choline salicylate (87.1 mg per gram) may be available for topical use in the mouth. Menthol and anise oil are also mentioned in the composition. Indications include pain and inflammation caused by injuries and ulcers in the mouth (for example, pressure and wounds from prostheses and braces). The Swiss lekospis also mentions tenderdol gel with the composition: cholini salicylas 87.4 mg, cetalkonii chloridum 0.1 mg, levomenolum 4 mg per gram with an indication for use in the oral cavity. Indications include irritation and damage to the mucous membrane of the mouth and lips, irritation by the prosthesis. In the local pharmacy you can also provide the international names of the active ingredients, i.e.: Cholini salicylas + Cetalkonii chloridum and mention that it is about the use for the oral cavity, and the professional staff will be able to answer whether they offer such a drug https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-kupic-leki-za-granica https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/zmiany-w-jamie-ustnej.
