Since there is no drug called "pecto grill", I suppose it is about the drug Pecto Drill - syrup or lozenges with carbocysteine. Information is available that the results of the studies did not show an effect of carbocysteine on fertility in rats, both females and males. However, this medicine is not recommended during pregnancy and in women of childbearing potential who do not use contraception.
