In adults, it is recommended to use 10 mg of zolpidem - the active substance of Nasen - per day (1 tablet!), immediately before bedtime. Do not exceed the dose of 10 mg. An overdose of Nasen can cause disturbances of consciousness such as drowsiness and even coma. Seek medical attention immediately.
