Is breast pain and tenderness when using Microgynon 21 tablets a cause for concern?

Hi for a few weeks I have been taking Micygron 21 contraceptive pills while after a few days of using them has been intercourse for some time I noticed at home that I have since sore breasts with time it passes but they have become soft or is it a cause for concern?
