Can fluoxetine, bupropion and aripiprazole be used together?

Is the use of 20 mg of fluoxetine and 300 mg of bupropion and 15 mg of aripiarazole safe for health? In drug interactions, bupropion reportedly collides with fluoxetine, but is it dose-dependent or not?

Good morning, The medications you mentioned may interact with each other. To put it simply: bupropion inhibits enzymes that metabolize other drugs - such as fluoxetine and aripiprazole, so at least at the beginning of treatment, the lowest doses of these drugs should be used during simultaneous treatment (there is an increased risk of numerous side effects). Further dosage is decided by the doctor, with whom you should consult any changes in the scope of taking medicines. Please read the answer to the question here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/83421/fluoxetin-czy-stosowanie-fluoksetyny-aripipirazolu-i-wellbutrinu-niesie-za-sob There are also some useful links on how to use multiple drugs at once. Best regards.
