Setinin contains quetiapine, a drug from the group of so-called atypical antipsychotic drugs. This whole group of drugs, including quetiapine, can cause disorders of the cardiovascular system, including heart disorders. The likelihood of this side effect depends, m.in, on the dose of the drug. In the context of the possibility of heart disorders, the time of use of the drug does not matter.
