How to store Propranolol?

Good morning. Today I received a drug called Propranolol WZF from a neurologist. Unfortunately, due to confusion, constant headache and fatigue, I forgot to take them from my car. I took them only after I woke up at home after about +/-5 hours. I have to take medication twice a day. Can I take such a preparation when I took it to a very cool place. Greetings, very worried and broken.

Taking into account the current weather conditions and the time for which the drug remained in the car, I strongly ask you not to take these tablets and give the drug for disposal. Most medicines, including the listed drug Propranolol WZF, should be stored at temperatures up to 25 degrees Celsius. In the described case, this temperature has certainly been significantly exceeded, so taking such tablets may not only not help, but even harm. It does not matter here that the drug was later taken to a cool place. I understand that in this situation you are left without medicine, so please contact your doctor and re-prescribe the prescription. Another solution is to visit the pharmacy again (preferably in the one where you bought the medicine), describe the situation and ask the pharmacist to write a pharmaceutical prescription (I note that it will be fully paid even if the doctor has previously prescribed the drug for a discount). I attach links that may be useful: - https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/64628/propranolol-wzf-tabletki/apteki; - https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-przechowywac-leki, and I encourage you to watch a short video:
