Does the damaged contraceptive pill retain its effectiveness?

If when removing the contraceptive pill from the package broke into several pieces (visible in the photo) that I collected, could its effect change and I have to consult the event with a gynecologist? The tablet is Mercilon and I have been taking it for 4 years about regularly without interruption

The tablet is damaged and its effect may not be preserved. For example, you can use the last tablet from your current blister instead of this tablet and take a 7-day break one day earlier than usual. Then protection will be provided.
