What antibolic medicine can I use when taking Xalerto 20mg? It's all about headaches. And can I combine Xalerto with Arketis 20mg?

The first-line medicine when using Xarelto to relieve pain is paracetamol. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), e.g. aspirin, ibuprofen, should be avoided due to the increased risk of bleeding. Arketis is an antidepressant containing paroxetine from the group of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). The simultaneous use of Xarelto and Arketis is not completely contraindicated, but increases the risk of bleeding, then special care should be taken. The doctor should be informed about the medicines used so that he can assess the risks and benefits of combining these preparations.
