How to use the Adaring disc if I have previously used Ginoring?

Hello. Through. The last 3 months I have been using a ginoring disc. Now the doctor recommended Adaring to me. I took out that disc after 3 weeks, waited a week without, got spotting in the meantime and after this week (as with the use of ginoring discs, exactly on the same day and at the same time) I put on the adaring disc for the first time. Was this done correctly? I don't see an exact answer in the leaflet, and I'm increasingly afraid that a third-party disc should be put on on the first day of spotting.

Adaring is the equivalent of Ginoring. It should be used exactly the same as if you were still using the Ginoring disc: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/96195/ginoring-przyrzad/zamienniki More about what drug substitutes are, we wrote in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czym-sa-zamienniki-lekow
