A doctor may refuse to prescribe a prescription for a medicine if he or she believes that its use is not justified in a particular case or if he or she does not have medical records that would indicate the need for the medicine in question. You have the right to ask your doctor and ask for a specific explanation of why he will not prescribe this particular medicine in your case. I leave a link to a video that may interest you:
