When to take the first Yasminelle tablet if I change contraception from patches to pills?
Hello. On Friday I peeled off 3 patches of Evra and I should wait for the withdrawal bleeding to take 1 tablet of Yasminelle (Doctor's Recommendation) on the first day. However, since last Saturday I have been experiencing dark spotting, which intensified on Friday. So when to take the first tablet of Yasminelle? And when will I be protected from pregnancy?

In order for the protection to be preserved, the first Yasminelle tablets should be taken at the latest on the day when you usually glued the first patch from the new package - that is, after 7 days after peeling off the 3rd patch. Then protection will be provided and there is no need for a condom. The tablet should be taken regardless of the current spotting.
