Is pregabalin always used in combination with antidepressants?
Does nexalgan 75 mg have to always be used with antidepressants? I don't have depression, on the contrary, I'm full of life, but I have anxiety neurosis. I used to have depression and neurosis, I was given nexalgan and escitalopram medication helped, but the first month was a nightmare. I wonder if I have anxiety without depression, is nexalgan alone enough?

Pregabalin contained in Naxalgan does not need to be used in combination with antidepressants. Whether pregabalin is to be used alone in the treatment of anxiety disorders or whether it is to be one of the elements of therapy is decided by the doctor after reviewing the history of the disease and collecting a detailed interview with the patient. I encourage you to seek medical advice. The fact that the combination of pregabalin with an antidepressant has proven effective in the past does not mean that in the current situation such therapy or the use of Naxalgan alone will improve health.
