There are no contraindications to the consumption of alcohol after the application of local anesthesia. Alcohol can weaken the effect of anesthesia, so the possible pain after the procedure may be greater. Please remember not to use painkillers after drinking alcohol. You should definitely avoid paracetamol-based agents, as such a combination can be toxic to the liver. After a dental filling, there are no contraindications to alcohol consumption, and alcohol does not affect the effectiveness of the contraceptive implant.
If I had a filling at the dentist without anesthesia on Tuesday, can I drink alcohol today or will it weaken the effect of the contraceptive implant?
