What can be used to protect the dressing from water or cold?

I have a question after the operation to escape the toe (diabetes) on the dressing, what can be used to protect against water, earth, etc?

If you do not want to remove the dressing, you can use a protector for the dressing. This is a waterproof foil cover that can be purchased at online auctions - I do not find a similar assortment in pharmacies.
