Good morning, I take beto 50zk and trittico 2/3 for the night. Now rewritten neosine forte, azimycin 500 is this a safe combination?

The concomitant use of trazodone in Trittico CR and azithromycin in Azimycin may increase the risk of serious arrhythmias, so the concomitant use of both medicines is only allowed if the doctor believes that the benefits of their concomitant use outweigh the individual risk of arrhythmias.
