Can I eat dairy products using Zincas Forte?

Can I also eat dairy products using zincas forte? I use this drug for hair loss and as we know, protein is needed for hair. In addition, I heard that it is not recommended to drink milk below 300ml but a higher dose already prevents the absorption of zinc. Is this true?

You can consume milk and dairy products by taking zinc - but keeping at least an hour interval, as the calcium contained in milk can impair the absorption of zinc. It is best to use zinc preparations with an interval of about 2 hours from any meal.
