After opening a single-dose container, its contents should be used immediately, so even if you try to divide the 200 microgram dose into 75 micrograms, you would have to discard the unused part of the container each time. If you do not have the medicine in the correct dose and dividing it is the only chance of administering it, you can temporarily use a 1 ml syringe to divide the dose and use it to measure 0.375 ml of the drug solution corresponding to a dose of 75 micrograms. Precisely measuring the dose in this way is very difficult. As I mentioned earlier, this is not in accordance with the recommendations, because it does not allow precise dose division, which is extremely important in the case of drugs containing levothyroxine.
