No, if the medicine was not intentionally ordered by your doctor, you should not use Emanera during pregnancy. Current scientific evidence on the safety of Emanera in pregnancy is limited, therefore other PPIs, e.g. omeprazole, are preferred to alleviate the symptoms of acid reflux.
