I switched from Drovelis tablets to Qlaire after taking the last 4 white Drovelis tablets I took the first of the Qlaira pack whether in this case I should protect myself (if so for how long) whether the protection of the tablets is preserved. According to the summary of product characteristics, switching from Drovelis tablets to Qlaira should be made by taking the first active tablet of Qlaira after taking all active tablets of Drovelis without white tablets. As there is a 4-day break between the use of Drovelis and Qlaira active tablets, contraceptive protection may be impaired. Therefore, it would be advisable to use an additional method of contraception, e.g. a condom, for the next 7 days.
