Saxenda has not been described to delay menstruation. Observed side effects should be reported to the doctor. Perhaps the causes of amenorrhea should be sought elsewhere. More here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-na-zaburzenia-miesiaczkowania
I also slightly delayed and I have a very regular although the change in nutrition could also have had an impact
