If I ate twice one day a salad of gyros, in which there is a pepper cut finely very much and the next day I also ate this salad it will reduce the effectiveness of contraception. I know that peppers have a lot of vitamin C. I'm worried about that. They were not large portions of salad and the peppers were so finely sliced that it was difficult to set how much it was

No, eating a salad will not affect the effectiveness of birth control pills.
So if I ate 3 servings of this salad will not reduce the effectiveness?

No, this will not affect the effectiveness of birth control pills. Some studies indicate that using more than 1,000 mg of vitamin C per day may have a potential impact on the effectiveness of contraception. One whole yellow pepper contains about 300 mg of vitamin C, so with one serving of salad you would have to eat more than 3 whole peppers for there to be a potential risk of interaction.
