An employee of the pharmacy called Komtur Polska and despite the pharmacy's assurances that they ordered it without the possibility of returning it, they received a response about the short expiry date of the drug until November 2022 and that they would not sell it. Telemaketing did not want to agree. I received such an explanation from the pharmacy. In addition, Komtur Polska does not want to answer the question of when there will be new batches with a longer expiration date and whether this drug will be available in general.

To @Delbano: The drug is not available in wholesalers that supply pharmacies on a daily basis. An employee of the pharmacy must order the drug directly from the manufacturer's wholesaler - Komtur Polska.
