Captopril should be used in accordance with the instructions of the attending physician and in the situations specified by him: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/15594/captopril-polfarmex-tabletki/apteki It is recommended to exercise extreme caution when using the drug together with potassium preparations (eg Kaldyum) or angiotensin II receptor antagonists (eg Xartan). Combined use increases the risk of side effects such as hyperkalemia, excessive lowering of blood pressure. Possible use should be strictly determined by the doctor. If there is no possibility of cardiac consultation, I encourage you to consult an internist. It is also possible to take advantage of consultations in the form of teleadvice, using, for example, our portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja More about whether it is possible to combine drugs with each other, we wrote in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba
