What to use interchangeably if Structum has been withdrawn?

Hello. I have a prescription for Struktum 500mg. As far as I know, this drug has been withdrawn. What, then, do you propose about the same composition?

Structum has no substitute, but there are several alternatives to treatment available in the pharmacy market. The first is the drug Cartexan - it is a prescription drug containing 400 mg of chondroitin sulfate (Structum contains 500 mg of this component). To buy it at the pharmacy instead of the drug Structum, a new prescription is necessary. Another alternative is the drug Chronada - a two-component prescription drug containing chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine hydrochloride. This preparation has a similar profile of action to the drug Structum, however, due to the slightly different composition, its use should be consulted with a doctor. The last alternative is the dietary supplements StructuActiv or Structu Dose — the chondroitin sulfate content declared by the manufacturer is 500 mg in them (as in the drug Structum). Below are links to pages where you can compare the prices of these preparations and order them with home delivery or collection at a selected pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/96185/activlab-pharma-structuactiv-500-kapsulki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/99892/structu-dose-tabletki/apteki The differences between dietary supplements with chondroitin sulfate and the drug Structum are described in detail in the attached thread: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/8939/structum-jaka-jest-roznica-miedzy-lekiem-structum-a-suplementem-diety-structuactiv I also attach an article about why pharmacies lack medicines: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/dlaczego-brakuje-lekow-w-aptekach

Due to the withdrawal of the drug Structum from pharmacies, the drug can be used interchangeably in a slightly smaller dose - 400 mg of chondroitin sulfate (instead of 500 mg as in Structum) - the preparation is available under the trade name Cartexan, it is a prescription drug and can be issued on prescription, on which the doctor wrote Structum. The availability of the drug can be checked here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/89651/cartexan-kapsulki/apteki
