Good morning! The Doctor added me to my medicines Piramil 2.5mg after breakfast and Sirdalud before bedtime, I already take Mesopral on an empty stomach, Vice-broll 2x1, pramolan 2x1, acard 1x1, auditon before bedtime and (zaranta for dinner) does it mean that instead of dinner I have to take a pill. Please help me how to deal with all this and whether any drugs do not interact with each other. Thank you in advance for your reply. Best regards

If your doctor told you to take a tablet of Zaranta for dinner - you can take the drug during a meal. Do not give up the meal. With such complex pharmacotherapy, it is difficult to determine the risk and direction of possible drug interactions. It is known that the combination of drugs Piramil and Sirdalud and Pramolan carries the risk of hypotension. Therefore, blood pressure values should be regularly monitored during treatment. If the pressure values are low, there is a headache, drowsiness, impaired concentration - then it is worth consulting a doctor. It may be necessary to discontinue Pyramil. At the same time, it should be borne in mind that Acard may weaken the antihypertensive effect of Pyramil - therefore pressure drops may not be so noticeable. Mesopral, on the other hand, may weaken the effectiveness of Acard - it is worth consulting a doctor, you may need to increase the dose of Acard. The dosage regimen proposed by you seems to be appropriate and if you do not feel the disturbing symptoms I mentioned above - there is no need to modify it.
