Will Sinupret help if I have had my ears and nose clogged for a month?

I have had my ears and nose clogged for over a month. I was in the emergency room doctor recommended Sudafed drops of xylometazilin nasometin acc optima and sinus lavage. No runny nose, coughing viscous discharge and dense drips down the throat . ears slightly unclogged and nose. Will sinupret help in this case?

Sinupret is a traditionally used medicine based on plant ingredients such as gentian root, primrose flower with calyx, sorrel herb, elderberry flower, verbena herb. It causes thinning of mucus, it is used as an adjunct in acute and chronic inflammation of the sinuses. Attention should be paid to the phrase "supportively". You already use a set of pharmacological drugs, including ACC Optima, which contains acetylcysteine that dilutes the secretion of the respiratory tract. Despite the multidirectional therapy, you have experienced only a slight improvement, and the ailments have persisted for over a month. It is difficult to assess whether a preparation such as Sinupret could bring an additional benefit in this situation. In this case, consultation with an otolaryngologist seems to be more justified than self-medication.
